Stall

Modular fabricated stalls mounted on aluminum frame.

Painted white on interiors and exteriors.

Name of the participant in the frontage panel.

One 5 amp plug point and two spotlights along with one table and two chairs. Extension cord to be bought on your own.

All sizes of stalls in square feet.

Stall Allotment

Stalls will be allotted on first come first served basis and the decision of the organizers will be final.

Security

Appropriate round the clock security will be provided by the organizers at the venue of the fair. However security of the previous day/ night will have to be organized by the exhibitors.

Insurance

Participants will have to make their own arrangements for insuring the exhibits.

Payment

100% payment with application. Service tax @ 10.30% will be applicable.

Cancellation / Refund

Cancellation of booking is not permitted and hence no refund will be effected.

The organizers reserve the rights to allot the stalls .

Force Majeure

Under the conditions of Force Majeure, which also include strike, bandh, natural calamities and other events and decisions beyond the control of the organizers; the organizers are entitled to alter dates, duration or cancellation of the entire fair. In the event of cancellation of the fair, the participation charges will be refunded after deduction of costs incurred by the organizers.

General

The stalls will be ready for the participants by 6:00pm on the previous day.

Authorized representatives holding the identity card provided should be present at the entry at the stipulated time.

All the rules and regulations laid down by the organizers shall be final and binding on all exhibitors.

All disputes subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.

Printed matter and advertising material can be displayed only in the stall and not in the gangways or outside the exhibition hall.
